Henry had an initial meeting with me and took diligent notes regarding my specific needs in a single family home as well as my budgetary limitations.  He is highly sophisticated with technology and made excellent use of the relevant search engines and real estate databases to quickly find me a variety of homes for sale in the confines of my search parameters.  He did not waste my time with homes that were out of my price range or not in line with my needs.

A master with the contract language and negotiation skills, Henry came up with a deal that was good for me and made the seller happy as well.  At no point did I ever feel like I was not in the loop.  He was very responsive to my questions and provided insight as to who to go to for inspection, appraisal, etc.  Henry quarterbacked the entire process, even helping the seller with items that her agent was not able to deliver.  All the paper work was completed on time with the confidence of no errors or omissions.  The closing went off without any hiccups.

Henry and 1st Class Real-T-Treatment was also very helpful with post sale renovations.  This being my first house, I wanted it to have my own flair.  From a complete interior paint job, to new floors and baseboards Henry has the knowledge and experience to make your dream come alive.
